Welcome to Mind Expanders Club! By accessing or using our website, purchasing a subscription, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions: We offer monthly, 6-month, and 12-month subscription options. These are billed at the time of purchase.

• Renewals: 6-month and 12-month subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

• Cancellations: You may cancel anytime by contacting us at hello@mindexpandersclub.com. If you cancel after billing, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid term.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in [AUD/USD/etc.] and include applicable taxes where required.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Schedule: Physical letters are mailed on or before the 15th of each month. Orders placed after the 5th of the month will begin the following cycle.

• Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Digital Subscription: If you choose a digital-only plan, you will receive materials via email and/or secure download links instead of physical mail.

3. Use of Materials

• All letters, activities, illustrations, and related materials are the property of Mind Expanders Club.

• Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, or sell our materials without permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, character designs (including Professor Whitley, Professor Marlowe, and related characters), illustrations, and text are copyrighted and owned by Mind Expanders Club. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Accounts & Purchases

• You must provide accurate and complete information when purchasing a subscription.

• You are responsible for keeping your account details (such as email and payment information) up to date.

6. Refund Policy

• We do not typically offer refunds once a subscription has started.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our letters and activities are educational and for entertainment purposes.

• We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may arise from use of our materials, including science experiments or activities.
